This is Seoul.

Some of the pictures were taken from the Seoul N Tower. At the tower, there is one special attraction: The love padlocks. Like in Paris, lovers can fix a lock at a fence to proof their love and make it everlasting. Obviously this habit started in 2007, right after the tower was refurbished. I found some pictures of 2009 on the net – you may compare it with the number of locks I found there in 2012.
